Pricing questions
How does prepaid credit work?
You top up from $20 and every request is deducted at list price. Top-ups from $100 get 5% extra, and from $500, 10%. Purchased credit is valid for 12 months. The monthly plan tops you up on its own, with up to 10% extra.
What counts as a request?
One search query. You can batch up to five queries in a single call; each query counts as one search.
Do cached results cost anything?
No. An identical request within 10 minutes is served from cache at no charge.
What happens when I hit a cost cap?
We stop before crossing it, return everything judged so far and mark the response as incomplete. You never pay past the cap.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Above a few million requests a month, talk to sales — bring your current invoice.
